Stoked I found this site! Just signed up tonight! I'll post pics of my Taco tomorrow.

I need help choosing a new tire for my Tacoma. I'm currently rolling with Nitto Terra Grapplers. I'm interested in the Cooper Zeon LTZ, Toyo Open Country or BF A/T.

Which tire would look the best and have the best quality? I'm completly satisfied with the Nitto, but I was thinking about trying something new.

    Any advise would help. Thanks!

I've heard good things with the nitto's. Myself I run BFG AT's and have always been satisfied (tacoma and ranger). Also if you want some really agressive looks the BFG KM2's look sick but I've never run them, and probably excessive on a 2wd :D

    Also, welcome to TW!

I think the toyo A/T's will look and run great. I work at a tire shop in the northwest and the main tire we sell are toyo's. Very high quality tires in my opinion.

check out the GY Wrangler Duratrac. Very aggressive looking tire! I am told drives with highway manners. I narrowed it down to the Terra Grappler and this. I couldn't resist the look of the tire, not to mention all the positive I read on them.

The Toyos are the same as the Nittos that you have on now, so it wouldn't be much of a change for you. If you are looking for an All Terrain, the BFG's would be good or if you want something more aggressive looking, look at the Good Year Wrangler Duratracs.

I think I'm gonna stick with the Nitto Terra Grappler, and maybe try the Toyo Open Country. I just really like the look of this tire, and from what I've been hearing the Nitto and Toyo are almost the same. I've had some realy positive results with my Nittos's! Thanks!
