Ha, awesome! That's what you get having a baby without a diaper. Only time Joseph doesn't have a diaper is when he's getting a bath. Otherwise, it's like playing hot potato with a live hand grenade, pin out!

 

Lol. Reminds me of a few things that happened to me when I was a new dad with Joshua. Too gross to even tell.

 

My dad once gave me a full jar of prunes. There were no survivors (footie pajamas)

Picked this up tonight.



It was something like $480 at the Mill Store and close to $600 when you factored in finish. They stopped making this desk earlier this year. I was saving up for it when I figured that out and found a different one I liked. This popped up on CL for $100 so I ran over there and grabbed it. It's not mint, but it's quite nice. I may try and read up on how to touch it up but it's exactly what I wanted, so no complaints.

Plus it's always fun to load stuff up in the bed and use the truck for something other than commuting.

I also got this in the mail today:



Should be a fun weekend project to fit into the headliner. I only have one remote for my garage doors, so it saves me buying one. I still need one for the Subaru too...but I'll buy a remote, don't want to cut into the headliner for that one. Still need to get that opener box rebuilt come to think of it.

 

Well... I just got fired... Sort of.

My boss just called at 11:30 and said "I wanted to give you more notice, but 7/11 wants the process done tomorrow. The store was bought out by another franchisee."

So now I have to reapply to get my old job back from the new owner, or find something else to do.

What the fuck?

 

Hopefully the new owner will see you already know what you are doing, and doesn't gyp you out of anything.
