    Pulled it apart and regreased it before it installed it. Only problem I've had was the solenoid corroding inside. Relocated the new one under he good and sealed it up well. Hopefully it'll keep the road salt out.

    sweet. I was looking at yours too. Same price but I want the syn rope and hawes fairlead. Decisions decisions. Had any problems with it thus far?

    :bananadance: I have been researching all this week and it looks like these pack the most value/price ratio with the least horror stories and break down issues. At least from what I have come across.

    Did you ever take it apart and pack it full of grease or anything like some people do with the smitty's?
