The PL is polyurethane based, as I'm sure you know polyurethane is activated by water. Although Titebond is polymer based it must have some water in it. Titebond site states it does not foam. Looks like the PL is being activated by the Titebond. Try mixing some PL and Titebond on a piece of cardboard and see what happens:eek:

I have to give you real credit for all youve done on your own house. my place is last on the list for any work, the whole cobblers kids never have shoes thing... spent most of the weekend browsing libraries and catalogs compliling prices and different style pictures to put this together hopefully if the customer goes for it ill be able to do more detailed drawing if needed and probably knock some of my own builtins out at the same time since ill be doing runs of cuts and glueups.

basic layout with some very minor detail. basically just a starting point for them to start telling me yes or no on things.

Just scanned the first few pages of that thread , what a bunch of retards , it is stamped right on the finger jointed lumber that they are for " Vertical Use Only " , the whole discussion is stupid

That's about par for that most of that forum. The tool section is the only part I frequent. I've seen 10 page arguments about tapcons.

Trying to nail down the correct angle on this jig is killing me should have drawn it in cadd first

Don't know if any of you have seen this one yet, but I thought it was pretty cool.

Closer off by about 1 degree over the whole thing so about 1/16 a degree per piece...

Neat gif there is a guy that does complex cutting board videos in the same style.

What are you using for a saw? Could you use a blade with a slightly thinner kerf to make up the difference?

Built a sled for the table saw. Easy and safe. Just have to cut a completed run to see what needs to be adjusted. Thought I had it on the last set. Going shopping tomorrow for some better drafting tools, ruler and square are great but only to a point.
