i like that i can build it as my truck grows and the flex amount people are getting blow dakars out of the water. if i add more bed weight i can add another leaf. if i need to add more lift i can add. if i need less i can take one off. its so easily customizable and I'm always doing shit on my truck so it works. and with the price i can get a shackle flip and extended brake lines before i get to the amount id spend on some dakars or all pros

 

its worth waiting. id probably have it done next week but I'm using that money for URE

todays my day off. I'm gonna restore my headlights. fix my bumper. flip my carrier bearing and redo my under dash leds and maybe install some bed lights

yeah. i might throw in a leaf from that pack i got from cap and put the used nitro chargers i got from bandit on just to get me through the weekend. i might just put the nitrochargers on without another leaf and put my bump stops on

What is the other light that comes on for traction in this "14" prerunner.
The one is electronic LSD. The other doesn't come on unless I have my seat belt on.

Idk about second gens but first gens doing a 64" swap, you have to build new front hangers, move them forward, and build new rear shackles, new bushings for the leafs, 3 leafs from the pack, and longer bump stops to keep from negative arch. Or you can just by the swap kit

 

It's 1700 bucks to get the swap kit for a 2nd gen from giant motorsports

Yeah, the purpose of the chevy swap is to lift the rear cheaply. The benefit is you get uber flex! That guy had creeper joints too which is an extra $89 but very worth it! I plan on doing this sometime with in the next couple months.

 

I'm just gonna keep on the route I'm going right now with my leaves and when the time comes go to rear coilovers.
