Still haven't received (or heard from) sierra4x4trailers about my fenders. Next week I'm going to call the bank and file a fraud claim on my card.

Looks like I'm going to have to build my own fenders and I don't have access to a press break to do it. Any chance the shop you frequent does?

I wouldn't count on it. After I ordered and paid for them I found out this guy is a real dick about delivering what he promises. Wish I had known before hand. This is the last (of several I've sent) email I sent him:

I'm again emailing about a set of fenders I ordered (and paid for) on June 12th. My original email sent on August 10th has gone unanswered, just like the numerous phone calls and voicemails I have left, so I figured I would send another.

In the original email I asked you to contact me as soon as possible about the order I had placed. I also asked for you to ship them within one month of the email. I have still yet to hear from you. This email is to let you know I will file a fraud/theft claim on September 12, 2014 with my bank AND your local Sheriffs Office if you STILL haven't contacted me.

I fully understand that occasionally there are delays with suppliers, however this does not alleviate your responsibility as a business owner to communicate with your paying customers. I beg of you, please contact me about my order, even if you cannot ship it before Sept 12th.

Please contact me!

I've welded up what I can without the fenders. After about a hours more work, I'm going to be at a complete standstill until I have fenders.

 

I don't know about that, but over on Expedition Portal there is a whole thread about this douche bag. He's lied to several customers and ultimately I'm only out $112 for the fenders. There are a few guys that ordered $10,000 trailers, with a 90 day wait that turned into almost a year.

 

Surprised someone hasn't kicked his ass.

 

Didn't I tell you to call you credit card company and tell them what happen?

 

I'm pretty pissed about 100 bucks. If I was out 10k I would probably burn his fucking building to the ground. I despise dirt bags!

 

I hear ya man. I got a guy that owes me about 1400 bucks. Has till January to pay it or get me what he owes me.
