New member here. I have searched this site for a while now and finally decided on the 5100's installed at 1.75 and wheelers 1.5 aal. I am now worried about my alignment. Caster is out, but the shop that did the install and alignment seems to think its fine. Should I be concerned with these specs?

yes..... as THEY ARNT EVEN WITHIN SPEC!!!

Take it back and tell them to get it AT LEAST 1.7*

I just did a very similar lift... stock coils 5100's at 1.75 and a wheelers 2in AAL... they were able to get caster at 1.7 and i have ever so slightly more rake than you due to higher rear lift which makes it harder to hit caster numbers.

I had the same problem and decided to go with LR UCA's. Had the dealer do the wheel balance & alignment.

Yes, it's out of spec. Once you lift you need to get as close as possible to:

    Caster 2.0 or more
    Camber 0
    Toe 0-.05

After my lift picked up the firestone lifetime alignment and they were able to hit those numbers, caster is like 1.9 with stock UCA's and full OME front/rear suspension. If you want more caster than around 2.0 you'll most likely need aftermarket UCA's

Go back and ask them to do it right. It takes a lot of back and forth adjustment to get camber and toe at near 0 while keeping max caster. Most shops won't want to spend the time to get there.

Plan on taking it back in this week. I assume you have stock UCAS, right? So even though my camber and toe are within spec, you really want them closer to 0? Just curious what you got your camber and toe at with a 1.7 caster?
