Dang, last time I saw him was up in Big Bear and he was running 35s at the time. And I though thinking about 37s was crazy... Must resist! Anything special about his setup now? Likely 5.29s and just tundra axles?

Will need to be shortened to offset the additional plunge

My 2000 4x4 Tacoma has Warn manual hubs and the wierd Tundra/Tacoma CV axles to maintain 4x4 with a Total Chaos LT kit. Are manual hubs stronger than the ADD setup? I'm already running everything so I'm not going to replace it. I am planning on throwing on extended length wheel studs all around and don't want to put them in those manual hubs if I might replace them down the road.

The ADD outers are slightly bigger and stronger. The inner CV is the same for both applications.

There's no generic answer. You won't know till you get it on and measure.
And full droop is when you plunge the most.
