    Finally got dyno tuned after 2.55" URD pulley and AEM meth injector install.

    Got about +17hp and +17tq over the 2.7" pulley. Guys at RT Tuning did a great job with install and tune - reversed the FPR mod and went with the URD 61lb injectors instead.

    Truck pulls much smoother through entire RPM range (no more hesitating and surging). For you guys in the Philly area, I'd highly recommend this shop.

    I think I've pretty much maxed out the TRD S/C route except for swapping my shorty headers for LTs (don't want to lose low end torque tho) and swapping OEM Y-Pipe for the URD one.

    Can't believe the mileage improvement with the new tune and reversing the FPR mod. Have gone from ~14.5 mpg to ~19mpg

    The TRD tune is really way too rich

    Nice!! What's your elevation? Hp seems low for that pulley ratio? Now that you have the 668 injectors; you could try e85 tune with a 7th injector. High octane and e85 would cool down those rotors pretty well... What percentage water meth you spraying? What size nozzle? You using a boost controller?; at what psi you tuned for spray?

    That dyno graph you posted looked weird until I realized it was a narrow window of only 4,200rpms to 5,500rpms. Do you have a full RPM range graph you can post?

    I looked through the F/I dyno thread recently. Comparing long tubes versus short, or even stock. Didn't see dyno's with long tubes where the "low end" was lost. Being a roots style, it instantly creates power as soon as you put the hammer down.

    Spec-U headers and the new Spec-U exhaust should only benefit you more.

    I agree... Long tubes would probably help vs hurt for low end torque... Regardless, this new exhaust system is almost exactly like my custom set up. I do have high flow cats in my ypipe though. Once I move back to WNC they might just be removed. The sound is amazing

    I would like to see the full graph as well; especially torque numbers around 2000 rpms

    Thanks! Elevation near sea level. HP does seem low, I was hoping for something at least 325HP. Also, the MAPECU3 is just not that great for tuning especially with the larger injectors.

    Here are the tuning notes:

    • Vehicle loaded onto Dynojet and secured for dyno tuning.
    • Vehicle operated under cruising and part throttle conditions and
    • mapping optimized under these conditions.
    • Vehicle operated at wide open throttle and fueling adjusted by
    • MAF voltage offset for optimum and safe power and air/fuel ratios.
    • Vehicle found to run very rich on initial dyno testing even when
    • pulling up to 1V from MAF signal. Adjusting MAF offset to
    • compensate for methanol and injector size would create an overly
    • aggressive ignition timing advance situation.
    • Tuner installed a smaller methanol injection nozzle and continued
    • tuning vehicle for optimum power.
    • Vehicle allowed to cool overnight and then cold start, cold
    • operation checked. All cold start conditions checked good.
    • Fuel trims +/-3%.
    Mixture is 49/51 Meth/H20. Set to 5psi threshold

    I think I know why your numbers seem different. Your 4.56 gearing. I bet it takes off like bat out of hell though.
