You still thinking about a solid axle up front? Or just replacing the rear axle?

You've never needed it. It helps to have all the necessary protection though :D

Jamie, I can't imagine wheeling anything longer than 125" wheelbase. Mad props

Oh hell yeah. Keep is super low on 4Ds

    This is my second time.

Thanks dood! Hopefully when I sas it I can push the rear axle forward. I know 140 is too long, but I make it work. 37s are a big difference over 35s

I still struggling with what I want. Thinking of swapping out the rear to a shaved 14 bolt(have it already), and selling my allpro kit for a diff +2 kit with hiem uppers and solid mounted lowers. Im not going any bigger then 37's anyway. Although a d60 front shaved would be nice.

So I came up with a rad idea once I sas this. Since I'm changing the rear axle for a 1 ton axle too, and I want to change my wheelbase.... I'm thinking to cut the frame off behind the cab, and made a rectangular steel frame (similar to stock except boxed obviously). Set it up a little higher to be able to have it nice and low.

If your going to do that why not just build a whole new fully boxed frame as then you won't need to plate the front to make it strong enough to support the link setup which will also help you achieve moar low on bigger tires

That would be badass but would you want to keep the bedsides to keep a somewhat factory look?
