Hi Guys! I worked with Satin and Tyler over at Pelfreybilt to help me make a BlueSea Panel. I drew up the panel in CAD based on another members design. I asked Pelfreybilt to cut the bracket for me! They did a fantastic job. Pelfreybilt has the file, Hopefully if there is interest in the brackets they will start selling them to the masses.

PRICE $75 - Contact Pelfreybilt on their website. http://www.pelfreybilt.com/

The first one is made of stainless. I think aluminum would be better to save on weight. Overall the Bracket came out great.

We are in the prototype phase on this guy. I really want to add a support bracket just to make it bullet proof. Here are some pics to drool over.

    BlueSea 12 Fuse blade
Blue Sea - 100Amp Circuit Breaker - for fuse panel
    Blue Sea - 80Amp - Protection for Alternator(big 3 upgrade)
Underneath the bracket I have another 80Amp Circuit breaker form my Alpine PDX-V9

True, other people are making these. I do not make them, I don’t make anymoney on these. I just drew it in CAD to fit my taste and needs. This designis different, than others on the forum. This design includes wire management.the guys over at Pelfreybilt are willing to help you out if you want thisdesign. No harm in a different design.

did you drill new holes in the side to mount the panel, or are you reusing existing bolt locations?

Theyre using existing holes, but the question is what size bolts go in there?

Exsisting bolt location. I went to my Hardware store. I can not remember the thread pattern in metric. Common size at Ace hardware or lowes

Replaced engine with gerbils for sustainability.
It looks like you used Blue Sea 285-Series circuit breakers. Pelfrebilt told me this fuse panel requires surface mount circuit breakers, but the ones in your pictures look like panel mount. Which did you use?

I just bought M8-1.00 x 20 bolts for this exact project and the threads are not working. Any other recommendations for what bolts to use to mount this panel?
