    Pretty standard assessment. Average single family home in my city is 480k, not new construction either. Existing 2/3 bedroom 1.5/2 bath on a small lot.

    This is current price, not bubble pricing! And I can buy the same home on a triple sized lot in SC for 180k brand new.
