What insurance do you have, want to make a note that might want to stay away from them.

You're in good hands with all state! Says the black guy!

I always had them and never had an issue till now. but like i said before, i dont have rental car, and the truck is not on a lot that changes storage fees. So no money is coming from Thier oockets. That means my truck is not priority right now

If they did have to pay for rental car or storage. The truck would have been fixed or totaled by now.

Pretty much sounds like my adjuster from Allstate.

On an accident that happened years ago in a Kroger parkinglot where I was backing out in my Titan and a lady was backing out opposite a few spots to the right. My parking sensors went off and I hit the brakes, she didn't and kept backing into me. Then I got out and she started pulling forward creasing straight down the side of her car, all while still trying to light her cigarette.
Told my adjuster that there is a video because I confirmed it with security. Security said the video will be erased in 96 hours (that's there loop). The woman who was a cashier for Kroger saw the video, they would not allow me to see it because I was not an employee.
My adjuster was too busy to go over there and see it. I couldn't get it, but they said he could. I called every single day to remind him.
Only damage to my Titan was a slightly crooked rear bumper. I was told that the insurance companies agreed that neither party was at fault and each was going to pay for their own damage. So I let it be.

Two years later while getting insurance at another company I find out that the lady lawyered up and got a settlement for a lost wages/hardship/suffering claim. They wouldn't tell me all the specifics of the claim. Something in excess of 3K for two weeks loss of work because her car was in the shop. Her POS old beat up accord with no AC really got repaired? She makes 3K biweekly at Kroger as a cashier? These are all questions that my local Ron Bazzy Allstate office couldn't answer...

Anyway story time is over fellas lol.

Honestly I would get my butt over to that shop and find out what's been going on via the service manager and tech.

I have all state and they've been excellent in every accident I've been in. I've always had an adjuster within 24 hours and I don't have rental car either

I switched to state farm. Saved me 700 a year and got better coverage than Allstate.

Your adjuster is just a lazy fuck douche
This was pretty much my scenario the only thing that dragged it out was my dad. Back in high school I was rear ended about4 times but since we didn't have another car I had to wait until we had a holiday or break come up for me to get my car fixed. Got rear ended during my freshman year in college on a Tuesday and had the car back and fixed by the following Monday

It took 6 months for an Allstate adjuster to come out after hurricane Ike for the house...didn't have a home for almost a year.

Progressive was there as soon as it was deemed safe for reentry by our local PD. They came out and paid out for my M coupe and a motorcyle right away (cutting a check for the motorcycle on the spot). They even did some research to see how rare the car was; 1 of 79 in that color combo in the US and paid accordingly.

Progressive/Geico/Texas Farm Bureau has always been good to me.
This is for home, motorcycle(s), and auto(s) policies. I currently have 4 cars on my policy, 1 not belonging to me, 3 motorcycles, and one house; and never again will I let Allstate touch any of those of any other toys I purchase.

I'm not being a douche, but I am just telling my experiences. Yours of course may differ based on the circumstances.

I'm down for this weekend or next weekend. May just have to have a little get together somewhere. House isn't in any condition to host right now.
