1999 tomoca will not start

    have a 1999 tomoca the head lights come on the inside lights won't and it will not start

    I would say that the battery in your tomoca is very close to completely dead. I'm sure that the headlights are not very bright.

    replaced the battery as well

    checked the fuses, also tryed jumping it with another battery

    Is the battery installed correctly? I've seen them installed backwards before.
    If installed correctly, have the new battery load tested. They can occasionally be bad from the factory.

    Does the engine turn over, or do you just hear the starter solenoid clicking, or do you not hear anything from the engine compartment when you turn the key?

    Ok. It's possible that the clutch switch has gone, if everything else checks out ok. If the switch is bad then it won't allow the starter to engage.

    Does your truck have a "clutch start cancel" switch?
    Try pushing that, apply the emergency brake, put the transmission in neutral, and try starting the truck.

    engine wont turn over, battery is good, i was driving it friday and i went to drive it saturday (nonthing) everything was working just fine friday.

    it does have the starter cancel switch. and i that and did not work or start the truck

    Ok, then it sounds like your starter itself might be toast.
