Don't you have a pretty light Bedcage setup though? That sounds pretty stiff for you

It is light, I'm anticipating running 2 35"spares. Should I consider 475-500 lowers? Something like a 300-350 upper rate?

Im running 300/450 right now on my truck and it rides a little bit on the stiff side but sits pretty sink bug. gunna keep it the way it is for a little bit and see if it settles out at all over time other wise I will be dropping to a 16" 400 lower. I have 2 35" spares, too box, jack and dual batteries behind the axle and a 32g cell directly behind the cab even with the coilovers

Im 200 over 350. That would explain the extremely soft ride. Since I'm so light in the rear, how does 250 or 300 over 400 sound?

Try out a spring rate calculator comparing your current setup to an educated guess of what you think would be right.

You can nail down a ride height real quick doing a summation of forces equal to zero with the springs you like to try. It will get you a ballpark spring rate and length. A lot easier than calculating for leaves.

what lengths do you need? I might have some you could try, I definitely wouldn't go over 400 with your rear end

Off the top of anyone's head, do you know if anyone is running solo motorsports kit on a 1st gen with 4x4?

Would be good to get some feed back from them and some pics :D

I like that it's upgradeable and a +3.5 kit. Start with basic LT, then upgrade spindles and steering as funds permit.

Think you have to do the spindles and LBJ/steering at the same time as they make the spindle either for stock LBJ or for the 1" uniball. So quite the expense. But pretty cool still

I was looking at getting this also but have never even heard of anyone who had it. I am sure it is great kit, but have a hard time getting something I know nothing about.

If you go with the 1" uniball then ya, otherwise you don't have to. But why wouldn't you go with the 1" haha
