Fully functional fan clutch taken out of a 2003 4x4 TRD 3.4L at around 75k. It may be younger than that, but that's when I got the truck. My truck was running 10 degrees hot. I replaced the fan clutch and no change. Turns out the thermostat was in upside down. This fan clutch still works great and has good resistance. These are $150 new from the dealership. Part Number:
    16210-62030

    $30 plus shipping. It's heavy.

Stupid question, which is the heavy unit, the green or orange version, orange right? Mine is green, 2004 PRDC 3.4, non TRD version.

I believe the green is the regular and the orange is the heavy unit. I think there may also be another even beefier one if you got the TRD with tow package, but mine does not have the tow package.

Not sure. When I ran the part number, and checked fitting it only showed the 5vz, but maybe it will work?

I'm in Sacramento too, so no shipping if you find out it will work.
