    Had some Arnold iron mass last night. So far so good. It's not the best tasting but something I could get used to. The big plus is it doesn't ruin my insides... so far. I will report on my gainz in a few weeks

    The belt doesn't stop you from flexing your core. Think about it. Then go grab a belt, wrap it around your bicep, then go curl a weight and see if it still flexes. Those guys are just making excuses so they can walk around in weight belt. Like the guys who have wrist straps on their entire workout. Use them on everything except for legs, because it helps isolate. Or the guy who spends five minutes wrapping their knees up for every lower body exercise. 1hr goes by and they've only completed 5 sets on the leg press machine.

    Better to do 85lb deep squats 4 days a week, then doing 200lb quarter squats once a week on "leg day" aka 1/2 rep day. :D

    I feel your pain :cheers: I eat around 3500 calories a day, but on Saturday, it's more like 6000 lol

    Well, I do bench press, squats, and deadlifts each week, so I guess so, although getting bigger is more important than getting stronger for me...You usually get one with the other though.

    Westside for Skinny Bastards is an awesome program. I know a lot of high school and college athletes that use it. Super good for strength gains, especially in the legs and core.

    Have you tried prancercise yet? I did it for about a month but my body couldn't handle it. Def for the elite.
