    Besides, if $60 is an issue then this is not the site to be on lol.

    So yes, I do think that it matters when people do this. Because all GB's might not meet the minimum requirement and they possibly ruin a good buy for every honest person on a GB. Its a commitment to buy, its the same as lying in my book.
