When I turn on my ac/heater, the fan behind my glove box makes this terrible clicking sounds. Has anyone found a fix for this?

Open glove box..... Lower it all the way, pop it out.

Open the Lil door behind there and pull out your cabin air filter.

Look for trapped leaves or oddly enough a loose wire.

Shake out, or buy new filter..... Replace parts.

5 minute job if this is the issue

Weathertech floor liners moded to hold OEM floor mats, weathertech vent visors, Toyota bed mat, LEER 100XL cap, hood gasket mod to stop whistling.
Blower motors can do this and must be replaced if there isn't junk near the filter.

Before you buy a new motor, keep searching here. Iirc, you can remove the motor and lube the bearing. My Viper did the same thing. I was able to get it out and get some grease on the bearing and it's been fine for years now. Zero dollars :).
