omg. I just peed a little from laughing so hard.

Regardless of what we do for exercise or whatthefuck ever you wanna call it, we are all active people and I can support that. There are nerds in all aspects of life, weather it being video games, fantasy sports, working out, or whatever. who really gives a shit? haha as long as it makes you happy. A guy I work with always says "different streaks for different freaks".

Kind of boring. Don't see my son much. But hey, I'm alive and well.

Can't wait til my workout this evening. Im planning on doing about 600 hang cleans with 45 lbs straight into 600 snatches with 45 pounds. Ill then do 600 jumping jacks (clapping style). I'll repeat that 5 times. Can't wait to see how JACKED I get. I'll be sure to update my facebook status after each rep too.

Yea...I don't do it anymore. Because its been so commercialized and twisted into basically boot camp classes.

So yes, I used to do it, I used to think it was the greatest thing for fitness....I couldn't get 10 good dead hang pull ups though during my crossfit days....now I'm at 24+ full dead hang doing typical strength and weight training.

And I'm still at sub double digit body fat %.

I do metabolic conditioning workouts and oly lifts on a regular basis but I will never associate my lifting style with crossfit.

Didn't work for you... Not everybody can do the same exact thing and get the same result. That's the point of different workouts.

Just finished my tri's and bi's. Dude my shit is tight!! I sat on my ass and curled the weights. It was intense. I almost broke a sweat. Some guy told me to shut up because I was grunting, I told him to f-off because I was in the zone. The louder I grunt the heavier I can lift.

KodiakToyTRD, I don't think it's the greatest thing. I def think they are on the verge of forming a cult haha
I do like a lot of the components of it though. I think lifting is so boring and this mixes it up.
It's very easy to over do the reps. I do more weight and less reps, i love deads, squats, snatch (both kinds) haha I like doing the WOD's maybe once a week or so and try to beat my old times or max's.
