I have a question. Why are all the new shops using the Dana 44 hubs now for race kits? Only stock snouts and hubs are available and hard to find with 6 on 5.5. Why not use the Land cruiser/strait axle pickup hubs that are available in chromoly? Even locking nuts are readily available.

Probably cause dana44 is a more "well known" part.

D44 you can get all new parts where Toyota you can only get new snouts, bearings and hardware. Making a d44 snout block is a whole lot easier to make compared to Toyota. Nice part is with d44 you can make block and cover Toyota and chevy. We have a block in the works that will accept d44 and d35

Is anybody ever going to make a fabricated 4x4 spindle for tc/camburg/allpro kits that use d44 hubs and spindles?

Took the truck to Yotamasters in Corona...AC wasnt working

Found out that the Trans cooler rubbed through the condenser because of all the offroading. The supplied ziptie looking things were used to mount the cooler, so probably gonna have them mount the cooler better suited for offroading.

Anyways, just FYI..maybe add to your prep list to make sure trans cooler is tight and snug.

    Have a good friday everyone
