It's acceptable to do when your workouts are actually legitimate and not a bunch of circus bullshit

Jordan is one of the few cf'ers who's actually took it on the chin and stayed in here after all the bullshit. He realized there's no point in trying to defend CF b/c we're just going to make fun of it even more, yet he stayed. #respect He's like the retarded kid in the back of the class…we have too much of a heart to put him in the "special" class, so we just let him sit in the back and pretend like he's doing something

wide-grip pull-ups: 3 sets of 10
incline flys: 3 sets of 10 w/ 50 lb dumbbells
lat pull-down: 3 sets of 10 @ 185
shoulder press machine: 3 sets of 10 @ 130
dumbbell side lat raises: 3 sets of 10 w/ 20 lb dumbbells
one arm machine pushdown: 3 sets of 10 @ 50 lbs per arm
incline dumbbell curls: 3 sets of 10 w/ 25 lb dumbbells
