I personally used loctite 5 min 2 part epoxy, just about 7 drops around the edge to hold them together. Then sealed the void with clear silicone, then again with silicone to be sure. No leaks!

What'd you use to paint the lower valence? Plastidip? Looks like a perfect match to the upper grill

    sweet lights!

I also used a 2 part epoxy. Permatex I think...the stuff in the syringe. However I didn't cut the lens off of the housing. I cut the back of the housing just inside of where the lens mounts. Making sure that I kept close to the "channel" into which the lens is glued into. I also cut at an angle to help hide the cut. I was looking to try and keep the stock look to the finish of the lights. It worked really good. Now if you pullout a magnifying glass and look real hard at the lights, you can see the epoxy in a couple of places. But for the most part the cut is totally hidden from sight.
I'd say to cut each light apart took about 15 minutes with the dremel. I think that this way is a little easier and a little more forgiving to minor mistakes, that to try to perfectly cut out the lens.

    Maybe, maybe not.

Having a new tire put on now due to this. It is a piece of round rod, I plugged the tire to get home yesterday. I am hoping I can patch it to use as a same size spare428a68ba8fe2f022ac0b65f7b24a37fd_18199f5ec9a07814fea1d56c7f6c931c554d4290.jpg

That would be deserving of a sticky, put up there with the black headlight mod.
Also, great choice of creative enhancement... Hoegaarden is one of my favorites.
