    Had a nice workout this morning.. decided to overload legs and traps because I wanted to have fun.

    Back Squat:5 sets of 10 on 250, 3 sets of 5 on 300
    OH Squat: 5 sets of 10 on 135 (I know, I'm a pussy)
    Hang cleans: 3 sets of 5 on 185, 3 sets of 3 on 205, 225 x 1, 165 x 10.
    Shrugs: 3x10x225

    My wrists are fucked

    On another note, what's stopping someone from jus making another account once they're banned? To be honest I know of one person who I saw on the 2.7 reg cab thread that got banned that is now posting on a different name.... BUT THATS NONE OF MY BUSINESS

    All I can say is listen to it. Knees/Shoulders are very sensitive. I did a lot of holds (wall sits, stretches, etc) when I was rehabbing and light/high reps when I was trying to get back into shape. Things will happen very slowly and you likely will have a lot of stability issues to begin with. I also wore a knee brace that had a donut which helped my patella stay in place. I have to recommend one as it did help me quite a bit.

    They can track ip addresses pretty easily as well as ip trends. There is nothing stopping you from making another account other than your home ip really. There are some people who were perma'd that I know who are around here. I don't think Christian is though... Might be :notsure:
