Just for the bar muscle ups today i needed to do a shit ton haha got just under 40 of them in 4 minutes after a 2 minute break from a 400m soft sand sprint followed by 20 KB swings at 70lbs then another 400m sand sprint shit was rough, if you could bust out 40 STRICT bar muscle ups in 4 minutes after doing thoes sprints, then ur an animal and i envy you

 

I could bust out 40 kips in 4 minutes but not 40 bar muscle ups....maybe 20 lol

People for some reason think that you have a constitutional right to not be offended, and if someone says anything offends you, they deserve to be punished. I.E. There's a difference between freedom of speech and hate/racial speech. Freedom of speech doesn't give anyone the right to throw racial slurs around. Given that, the redskins thing is fucking gay and retarded.

I think there's a difference between inherent racism and a joke. But of course, it only takes one peckerhead to ruin something by getting offended. Some of the shit in the news these days pisses me off. There was a story about a guy who couldn't visit his kid at school because he had on a military uniform and it might offend people. If a fucking military uniform offends you, take your happy ass to Iraq and live with them. I'll help you pack. There's also the stuff going around about businesses and concealed carry. I carry inside my waistband b/c I don't want people to see that I'm packing heat, but after certain businesses asked people to not carry b/c it "offends their customers" (Target, Starbucks) I wanna walk by with a fucking AR-10! I agree 100. Today's definition of "racism" isn't what racism originally was defined as- the profound hatred for a person because of their race. Shoot, nowadays you can be called a racist by thinking that our border should be secure and immigrants should learn English lmao. But back to gym fitness--- I got the PWO shits at the gym and there was no toliet paper. Pump igniter should be renamed to DUMP IGNITER

 

I never get the shits from pre-workouts. I do, however, fart 24/7 and my fiancee hates it. I think it's from all the eggs I eat

 

I told Sean that the first time I used it lol!! Apparently it doesn't have that effect on him.
