    You could do that if you don't plan on offroading. You have to think of your suspension travel. So say you have zero lift and you want to run 33s, so you get the tires mounted and put on but you can't turn your wheel without smashing the fenders and frame. So your solution is to lift the truck until you no longer hit somethin. Well ....... What about when you hit a bump or take a turn fast and your suspension compresses and "lowers your truck back down"? All of a sudden you are smashing your fenders and frame. So no matter what height your truck is at, you need to clarence for full compression. If your 35s fit at 3" of lift then they should fit at 0" of lift. Now a DB kit is a lil different cause it changes the location of your travel. It takes away a lot of up travel so you're not really worried about stuffing a tire

    I cut the fender..... it's not pretty but I don't think anyone will notice unless I go oh look I cut my fender to fit these tires. I may be reaching here but I think the reason a lot of guys that aren't rubbing on 33's may be because they have their sway bar connected? I got rid of mine and I think and Gideon correct me if I'm wrong. But it allows more shift on the body right with it off? So my tires stuff more going into a sharp corner or hitting a bump.

    Is anyone familiar with the VSC on 09+ trucks? Is it even possible to disable the vsc without disabling the ABS? I've had to pull the ABS fuse which disables VSC and ABS since I installed the 6" lift because I can't take a turn without it going off. But on the other hand, I had to hit my breaks hard the other day because a Camaro stopped in the middle of the road for no reason before turning. Needless to say, I slid a good distance and about ended up in a ditch. I'd go back to a 3" lift if the crossmember wasn't cut and it wasn't such a pain to go back.

    Yes it does allow for that. But what it literally does is connect the suspension to the frame of the truck so the independent front suspension isn't actually independent.

    Roger that on the sway bar. Front becomes more independent with that gone.
    My truck certainly rides better even on the street since taking that bar off. The OME kit is balanced/stiff enough that I can still corner pretty quick without much body roll.


    As for VSC on the 6in lift, I think there is a thread about how to recalibrate it after lifting. I forget if it was DIY or dealer thing though.

    He normally has black fangs and you can see at his leg joints where it's grey and shinney like fresh skin. It's normally just black right there.

    He reminds me of an alien baby from Aliens

    Well just about killed the neighbors fucking dogs!

    I was in my room and hear dogs barking(nothing new since we have an outside dog, and the neighbors dogs run loos and run up here every night.) but than i hear someone screaming and yelling out side so i grab a gun and get dad and go out side. come to find out those dogs chased some girl up our drive way that was walking up the road.(i don’t understand why she was walking up the road) but our drive way is probably 250 to 300’ possibly longer. the same dogs have ran at me barking till i threw rocks at them in our drive way. I don’t want to shoot those dogs but i’m about to do so.

    Daniel- I haven't. I've tried going to 2 dealerships near me and they both refuse to recalibrate it because my truck is lifted. But is there a DIY? I found something in a PDF format but it looked like it required a Toyota electronic bullshit tool.

    Haha yeah these are typical reactions. I find small spiders creepy but big spiders cool as shit. I've had him for almost 10 years too. I had no clue they lived this long

    I remember my 4th grade teacher had one and he let it walk across the arms of all of us in his class. we just had to hold our arm flat on our desk.


    I think Australia is a cool place and would not mind going their some day, but all the deadly spiders and snakes they have scar me... Snakes don’t bother at all really, just extremely deadly ones that can kill me in less than 30 minutes with one bite.
