Yeah, but about 90% of the people actually think like that. Of the serious lifters that come to my gym, I'd say around 10% do legs regularly; it's sad

Yep, I'd agree. Not knocking the guy or anything. If my job was to workout, I'd hit the juice too. Funny thing is, people still believe they are able to achieve that by simply doing 3 workouts a day everyday, and constantly destroying their body.

Funny thing is that people dont understand whats acheivable by hard work and chose to put peoples abilities down because they dont have the dedication to work as hard as them insted they workout 3-4 days a week for an hour and drink gallons of alcohal on the weekends and then since people work harder than them just use the excuse there on roids...i know multiple games and regionals competitors and i can assure u they dont juice, but like in everysport if the moneys there some people will so im not saying no one does but the big guys like khalipa who i have met and worked out with are definitly not juicing and even the drug testing is pretty legitimate. Saying "if ur job was to workout ud juice" just reinforces the fact u dont have the drive to work for something u want and thats why ur say there cheating to compensate...

True, I don't know about roids and who's doing them but the excuse thing is 100%. Some people just don't get big. Some people do. Body's are crazy different and results very even when identical training plans are followed... But the excuse thing... It's like fat girls saying that skinny girls don't eat and that's why they are skinny

Yep, my cousins in Ca are big into cycling (Road bikes) and it keeps them trim.
My cycling is a little harder because I'm riding a full suspension MTB on paved and gravel roads with the stock all terrain tires, I can make them hum pretty loud though, GPS says I've hit 34 MPH so far.

And? Can't have a strong body without a strong/healthy heart.

Nice! Your just getting stronger by riding that bike. Haha
I only have a Mt bike too. Haven't been riding because I tore my MCL but I love to get out and ride. I like climbing and hitting downhill. Great workout and the reward is a blast!

I raced pro downhill mountain bikes for like 7 years, i did alot of all mountain/cross country riding as training...probably explains why my quads are non proportional to the rest of my body... 29" waist 25-26" quads and a 40" hip lol finding jeans sucks haha

Yeah I can feel the burn just a mile and a half in, I need to ride slower but I like the speed and I've never worn myself out to the point of not being able to make it after a 1 minute stop.
Downhill sounds like fun, the biggest altitude change I see is about 4 feet, I have a long shallow incline (~60 yards) going up to a bridge that crosses over a canal, and then it's a short distance (Maybe 15 yards) back to level ground.

Wet gravel is a B to ride on though, my route to my grandparents I have to take a gravel road (I could take 2 but the second road is optional) and I rode it the other day after a rain and it was like riding in sand.
