    The angle of the dangle is what makes it unsafe. If you slam on brakes, that little piece of metal that holds the ball can be stripped right off the top.

    I know he swapped it, can't remember when though. The 3rzfe 2.7 swap into these older yota's has picked up in popularity recently.

    If I had a pristine "85", I would swap my 3rzfe in it in a heartbeat. I sure miss my "88" 4runner and my tracker, and my samurai and......lol. Hell, I miss all of them.
