Most law regarding cc, states yoy have to feel as if your life is at risk. She wasn't armed, even though she was in a 3 ton van. But she didn't attempt to run him off the road.

 

Guess you could probably just have it on your lap, loaded and ready, that might get the message across. Don't think it becomes an issue until you point it at someone

 

No, he didn't get ticketed. It's also a violation to use any electronic device while the vehicles on and you're in the drivers seat.

Did we watch the same video? There were 3 or 4 times she tried to get her car into position to cause him to hit her, including pulling up beside him in the wrong lane and forcing her front end into his lane. I would say that would be pretty much trying to force him off the road. (Not that a parking lot is exactly a road, but you get my drift)

Well I'm pretty sure everyone has said what has needed to be said, but when she gets out of the car is when I would pull a pistol out to silence any of her concerns.

 

Lot of paperwork and court costs involved with shooting an unarmed broad tho. However, all bets are are off when she reaches into the cab of your truck and lays a hand on you.
