That what I thought it was. I ended up cleaning it up with brake clean and I will worry about it later. It's not even dripping on to the skip plate it's just leaving getting moist. (Rust prevention)

Yep. They told me it was my fault. I had jail brokeN It and then restored it and they said FU

My serial number is not in that time span unfortunately

no cheapest theyll replace it for is 50$ Money Id rather save then spend on a new phone

 

If Apple store wont replace for free they must have determined that it was something you did to the phone. I have been told by a apple store employee that under apple care a phone that has software/hard drive (or some other )problems that the owner did nothing to cause would be replaced for free. If the problem is something the owner caused (like water damage, broken screen ect) the price to replace phone is $50.

 

So your jailbroken phone is crashing a lot? Tell me again how that's the phone's fault?

 

did not see the whole jailbroken part of his post. that would be exactly why they wont replace for free. It’s also probably the root of the problems.

It is no longer jailbroken and restored to factory settings... Bye bye to all jailbroken stuff I had. It is running on only apples hardware and not infected any more but because it left a paper trail in the phone they said its my fault when I know dam well once it is deleted it no longer effects the software

 

Not a problem now at all because none of those programs are running anymore... But I get a free upgrade in November so my next phone will be the 6+

My iphone is 15x better than the 3 htc phones I had before. It's a toss up for my next phone. Might be the 6 plus or the note 4.

 

They serve it next to the Toyota and Jeep koolaid.
