No one has gotten back to me either. No one wants to spend money to interview me for an entry level job when there are plenty of applicants already in the Houston area. Some of the jobs I've applied to (entry level ones) have had people with doctorates applying..

To bad you are not getting an accounting degree. My mom and my aunt are always hiring accountants right out of school.

Anyone looking for a job? This is a full-time job so we wouldn't be able to hire students that need a special schedule.

    Location: 249 and 1960
    Requirements: MWD/LWD
    Education Level: High School/Secondary
    Experience: 1 year
There are two primary duty areas.

    - Kit Boxes

Pack kit boxes, ensuring all inventory is included and recorded.
Arrange for shipping of kit boxes.
Unpack used kit boxes, ensuring all returned inventory is accounted for.
Clean and inspect all hand tools and running gear.
Maintain adequate inventory related to consumables.
    - UBHOs/Monels/Muleshoes

Clean and line up third party inspections.
Ensure proper paperwork practices and filing.
    Maintain adequate inventory to hardware.
Assist in other departments when needed.
On call after normal business hours on a rotational basis.
    Qualifications

    Education Requirements:

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED. Post-secondary technical training and 1 year of related experience is desired.

Pay is around 14-16/hour. You get a good amount of OT, and you're on call about 1 week every month. Benefits after 30 days, and 401K 4% match after 90 days. Need a clean driving record. It's an honest living with decent pay and gets our foot into the door if you want to go into directional drilling.

PM me if you have any questions.

That's the min. Not too sure if it'll work if you have an undergrad. They might see you as over qualified.

....Unless it's an art degree or in poli sci or something ......

I figured that much, but was going to humor you as long as you were willing to play.
