Took my truck to stellar air park which is a really flat road. Pulls hard to the right now.

On the phone with Firestone corporate right now. They show 6 trips for 2 alignments and they guy is getting a supervisor right now to handle this.

I miss Network alignment at this point in time.

So... every time they align mine... they never actually torque things done correctly. As soon as you get it home after it's aligned, bust out that torque wrench and verify it all yourself :p

I even told them I had about two full turns to spec torque and they shrugged it off.

Yea, didn't you have one network mishap though? I convinced James K (Jamie) to take his truck there last weekend.

I can relate with the hell you are going through with Firestone only my issue with UHaul is much worse. I ended up sending and email to the CEO today after reading an article on the consumerist.

I didn't find anything loose. But I didn't check around to crazy.

Yeah they caused $3,500 of damage to my civic and blew us off. Either way I never once had to take my civic back to have it aligned after it was aligned and I was a network alignment customer for 17 years. I'm on 6 trips to Firestone and still my truck isn't right. They are calling around to find out who has the most experience in alignments, then sending him to my shop of my choosing and he will align my truck until I deem it perfect. Firestone has good customer service, I can give them that much. However the guy said "I'm not sure if Firestone has the tools to align a truck with a 2.5 inch lift kit"

I said I know people who have long travel trucks and get alignments without issues. He had no clue what long travel was and we left that conversation at that.

How are the new gussets? Did your wheels work out OK? How did you work around the ABS sensors?

The swapped spindle gussets? They work fine, same as stock ones just beefier lol. Clearance isn't even close to any issue with my 4.5" backspacing and 1.5" synergy spacers.

The ABS sensors are still broken from when I broke the LCA, so no idea. They hook up fine? lol.

I've gone to Good Year and had no issues. They aligned mine and it doesn't pull. The one I went to is on Ray and Cooper. Wish you luck.

They were recommend to me by Sierra Expeditions and have done my Tacoma with more than 2.5" of travel and aftermarket UCA's. They are known for doing 4x4's without a problem. I think they guy to ask for is Chad if I remember correctly.

Caveat they didn't quite do mine correct resulting in the left wheel hitting the frame sooner than the right, and Network alignment said it would require quite a bit of work to try and fix that setup... so I did a Cab chop instead.

Maybe I'll let you take my truck in. It's not anything I'm doing lol. I asked if I could just use the rack. Tiffany knows how to align cars. They said no of course but it was worth asking.
