He should have been kicked out of the game for the head butt and 3 swings he took

Gurley? Every defensive player for SC had it out for him, due to his hype. We're pleading self-defense

He's right. The only reason he has somewhat gotten a pass is because it was just his second game, and because they held clem to 15 yards in the second half of the first game. If they keep playing like they did against SC, he doesn't deserve a second year. Lol. If I was every team UGA plays in the future, I'd look for 2 deep safeties and just hit pass after pass after pass in the center of the field for 15-20 yards a pop. It was just pitch and catch against SC.

He won a national championship his first, and only year here. Maybe it's a problem of player talent...

Very interested to see how Fla. St. handles playing 2 top 4 teams in back to back weeks. In the SEC west we call it November

What teams are you talking about? The only ranked team I see is the golden domers coming it at #9.

I agree. When I played high school ball we had a scheme like that, it was short lived for this very reason. Went to using the strong safety almost like a 4th linebacker, that worked good against teams with the wing-t, pro style offenses, and others like it, but when we played the spread it didn't work as well. It honestly depends on the type of offense ran and the speed of the offense.

That's one season with two rings representing the same thing... Not that impressive
