Me and Cam (cgredler) are heading back up Salmon La Sac to go up some different trails, not Gallagher Head Lake. Leaving Saturday morning and coming back Sunday night. Anyone is more than welcome to join us for the quick camping trip

I was just there on Monday. We had corn on the cob, pete's BBQ, 4 dozen scones (for the family), waffle fried bacon, and strawberry shirtcake. I that was it.

I was gonna head over to Mike's on Sunday with my 5100s/885s/AAL to install.

I remember Ben doing his no spring compressor technique at the meet at Zach's old place in Lake Stevens. Seemed relatively safe and easy IIRC - I was busy installing my front bumper though.

Nope trail run up to Salmon La Sac from Saturday to Sunday. Not Gallagher Head lake (the trail is off Salmon La Sac, but different trails around there). I think boatracer has his mod day this weekend but may be wrong.

Mike (BoatRacer) is having a Mod day Friday and Sunday of this weekend. I will be there changing out my front/rear gear on Friday. I work Sat and Sun but may swing by on Sunday to say "hi" to everyone else.

    hahaha yes...

And the terrain is mostly easy. No locker needed unless you get the the "more difficult" trails which I only think there is one. Its rocky and has stream crossings but nothing major.

JDAM was telling me about it, seems like a cool spot but mostly rocks, which means not great for tires and really slow progress, anything technical? Any pics of what the trail looks like?

I don't really have any pics but it is definitely a 4low and just crawl up. There are ditch/stream crossings and some hills that are kinda technical. For me they were a lot more technical than someone who has gone on a lot of trails.. I took my dad up there last weekend and he said "it was rock crawling and very technical". So I guess it depends on how many trails you have been on.

Edit: Just found some pictures, doesn't show much and is rockier in person but oh well.
