Welcome bud. Read all the 4wd notices in the manual and on the visor, they will help tremendously.

Just remember it is a 4 cyl, and will not perform like a 6 cyl. that is obvious, I know, but I see a ton of guys trying to hot rod their little 4. Yes, the engine will take a lot of abuse, but there really isn't any sense in trying to race it all around. Take it easy and it will take care of you.

Be sure to keep your maintenance up. These trucks are known for going well over 500k miles on the original engine and trans/drive train when properly taken care of.

Alsoremember, when you add/change something, your truck will handle differently than it is now. Bigger tires, lift, huge bumpers will add weight and actually add stopping distance. Lifting the truck will change the center of gravity, making it corner differently as well.

    Larger tires
I just bought a 2015 double cab 4 banger and picked up some larger tires now it's rubbing on the inside you think spacers will do the trick?

Spacers work temporarily, but I don't recommend them. Get wheels that are properly backspaced for your application. Spacers throw off the geometry and can add undue stress to the studs and wheels.
