I went home for 1 week... I have been back here for about a week and I CANNOT RECOVER from a workout. I am like a week separated from a chest workout and I still feel it like it was a couple days ago. Fuck. Piss me off

My typical workout day consists of 7 exercises with 4 sets of 7-10 reps. Lately I have been having to cut my workouts down to 3 sets due to time constraints. How important is it that I get that 4th set in? I don't want to be holding back my gains and would like to know if that 4th set is going to make a big difference. Thanks for any input :)

I think you'll be fine. Just keep doing heavy weight and make sure you're progressing each week

To all of you who actually keep up with macros, what's your fat intake like? I try to keep mine between 60-100g and, after adjusting for all the weight I've put on bulking, I'm at 97g right now.

Any other split has be at like 300-350 G protein and like 450-500g carbs. There's no way I could hit that without blowing up. Lol. So I upped my fats a little. Gonna run with it for a couple weeks and see what happens

If it doesn't work like I want, I'll adjust after 2-3 weeks. But for now I'm gonna stick with it. I just started this week

I'm sure it's good. I'm supposed to be between 50 and 100, but I've never actually been on the high end of it, so I was just a little weary. I increase my calories every week and this week I started eating the egg yolks I was throwing out to get my calories up and it made the my fat intake go a little higher than I like. To fix it, I threw out the yolks and threw in a can of tuna. I know Kodiak eats around 100g per day too, but I'm skeert. I feel more comfortable around 80g

Had my first morning workout in forever today. I miss it. So much more energy than the afternoon. Currently eating 6 scrambled eggs with broccoli spinach green pepper and carrots mixed in. Nomnomnom.
