Well i volunteered at the local hostipal for 3 months, and was hoping to get a job. well a job came open and i applied for it. My father in law is a VP of operations for a local plant, and he told me that it was good to put down that you have a bachlor, since i will be graduating this december. Well the hostipal rejected it and fell back on my high school diplomia. So because of that they rejected my application because i didnt have enought IT experience. So i had to redo my resume, and resubmit it. well i still got rejected becasue according to their standards it was only 3 years of experience, in which the job required 5 years. I listed 8 years. WTF?? Well there goes my chances of getting a new truck. Ahh is there anyone in the Greenville area that can offer me a job in IT?? I need an entry level position.

Oh yeah, they wouldnt even let me count my internship or volunteering as work experience... Looks like i will have to wait till october of 2010 for another shot at this job!!!

Sorry to hear. I had a couple of college buddies not get a job because they lack experience. Hopefully something comes through for you.

Well being hearing impaired, i cant join the reserves, or the army, or the navy, or any of them. I have tried before.

Thats what sucks is companies take a look at the 2 things i am wearing on my ears and say we will call you. My superviser while i was interning was fighting for me to get the job but she lost the battle. She says hang in there and when i graduate in dec, when she gets another posting for that postion she says its mine but i got no patience haha
