If anyone in the Colorado Springs area is looking for gear or equipment there is this great little shop near downtown that I buy my boards and gear from. It's called mountain equipment recyclers. It like a thrift shop of just outdoor equipment and they have some really nice stuff sometimes. Good prices for not wanting to break the bank but learn.

 

I was just trying to look back to the days when this thread was filled with pictures of hot chicks. That was the first series of posts I found. I know there's better hidding somewhere in 3K+ pages.

I didn't see anything about the debacle, but I can contribute to the nearly nude pictures. The first 20 are chicks, sorry if any of the rest are dudes (#3 is NOT attractive).

Really random question
Is there anybody with a first gen taco or similar year 4Runner with a factory Karr alarm that travel around Iliff and Havana. If so have you been to the shopping center on the southwest side (Chipotle, Tokyo Joes, Ross).
Everytime I come to that shopping center my alarm doesn't work. For example I can lock it but it won't unlock. I'm here now I locked my truck and remembered everytime I come it won't unlock, I walk back and what do you know my alarm is dead and I looks like I'm stealing a truck with the alarm going off.

 

KARR is not factory. It is an add on that Stevenson and Elway did. It is your run of the mill crap aftermarket keyless/alarm. My only interaction with those is removing them when they fail.

I just sold a bed basket to a TW member on tour with that band.

He offered me some back stage tickets, but I'm out of town.

 

Walked outside my garage and my neighbor is in his driveway wiping something off his wife's new-to-her car. 70,000 miles, paint is pristine.

He asks if I have anything to get tree sap off the paint. I go to my garage get the Goo Gone and bring it to him.

He's trying to get the sap off the paint with soapy water and a green scouring pad.

I said, "Ralph! Stop!! Kathleen is going to kick your ass!"

He wiped the hood dry and sure enough... massive deep swirls in the clear coat and the paint where he scoured is all dull.

 

You can buy tepui local no need to ship.

 

Get some nu finish and a good buffing pad. That's how we keep our fire trucks looking new.
