Been trying to narrow down some steps-boards etc. for my truck and I want something that sits tight to the truck so as not to make it look shorter etc. Found this pic on another forum from 2007 and have been trying to figure out which steps they may be...

With the exception of the color, they actually look like the Toyota ones to me.

Are you looking for rounded tubes or flat running boards?

I like the Toyota running boards because they tuck up nice to the body of the truck and don't hang down. They're black....
Toyota has rounded tubes also similar to the picture.

I dont know for sure. Im not sure I want either, but I know my wife and daughter would probably appreciate it if I got some. At the moment Im thinking about finding some of the toyota tube steps used and painting them black. Dunno. I know I prefer the look of bars-boards that stick tight and high to the body...especially since I dont have any lift.

What about the NFAB nerf steps? They would give you the best of both worlds. Tight up yo the body with the step for the family. They look really nice too.
