I was told that aluminum frames don't work well with kickstands.

I read that it has a steel frame. Is it aluminum?

    Haha thanks

Im planning a cross country ski/Mt. Bike/fishing/camping trip with two other buddies. Going to do it maybe this spring if not next. Been researching a bit and looking for places to go. I'm going to start a thread on eventually. Def going to do some skiing at Alta/Snowbird and want to kill some sick dessert downhill out here too. Have to get some input from you!

been out of commission for a few weeks due to a rib injury. but just before the injury, I tore a sidewall and dented my rim at Trestle. gave me some time to build a new wheelset and make a couple other changes.

finally was able to get back on the bike. took it out to buffalo creek area and bomb around there.

this was along the green mountain loop. a great aspen grove on the descent E-W.

taken on the return along the Colorado Trail heading back to shinglemill.

Ehhhhh... It's nice and all, but I'm not 100% sold on the charger damper. I can control my Boxxer R2C2 a little more to my liking, but thats just my opinion.

For the weight, stiffness, smooth travel, and looks, it's worth it though

I think it absolutely lives up to the hype. Frankly it's the best all around fork I've ever had. Just handles like no other fork out there

what makes it so great? Is it just super super plush? How does the charger damper make a huge difference for you?

Thats going to be sweet when finished. I'm thinking about painting my old VP Free neon green to liven it up, that might keep me from buying one of SC's awesome new frames.

For those who run platform pedals, any ones you really like? I need to get rid of the shitty plastic ones on my bike.
