Yeah the radar works perfect! But I recently just switched to the ValentineOne I prefer the arrows, it gives me a better idea where the cops are now haha.

oh wait, i thought that was a typo, you have a 9500i, i didnt think there was an "i" version, i thought there was only a "ci" and "ix"... wonder what the difference is... i know in my other car i have the "ix", i love the unit, and it was very expensive when i bought it.

9500i is the red edition, while 9500ix is the blue edition. You can also get it upgraded from the factory to make it just as good as the ix for about 130$. When you send it in the upgrade the shell and the interior components, making it basically a brand new IX.

https://www.escortradar.com/9500iupgrade.php if anyone is interesting in buying then upgrading.

I noticed the difference from going stock to adding the intake and MAF together. My gas millage was a lot better and loved the sound of the intake. I can't really tell you if just adding the MAF calibrator alone will do anything but if you have an intake I recommend it, only if you are looking for a better gas millage and for the extra like 10-12 HP.

The intake has all its original components and so does the MAF. It is a very quick install, only part that is long is cutting the small piece of sheet metal out.

If you're looking for a good radar without trying to spend $500 then you should get it. :)

Hmmm I have a URD intake but no MAF calibrator. Does it matter what year that is for?
