    Yes I saw it, haha.

FWIW, the reports I've read are more recent than your blades, and seemed like most of the warranty regrinds came back with similar problems, and that they were ground too thin or too hot which ruined the edge heat treat. Never owned a Barkie, so I have no clue, just reading internet fodder like any normal knife nut.

That's the reason I use my Mora so much, and why that BHK/CC knife is almost 2 years old and all I've done with it is scrape the spine on a ferro rod once. Then wiped it clean and put it back on the shelf.

And the custom I'm on the wait list for likely would have a similar fate, but hey. That's life sometimes.

I can't edc something with serrations. They suck sharpening and I rarely use them so I go for the straight blades

    Serrations? BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

That's probably my only post today, so I had to make sure I got a good amount of O's..

Beavis wish me luck! Inspections in 3 hours, now I'm off to work.

I lied. TW is a horrible drug.

Sure I'll talk to you between now and then, but I know tomorrow I won't be around much, so just in case - good luck!

    and thanks. :drunk:

I used to hate serrated blades, then I realized how effective they are in regards to trimming finger nails. Now all of my EDC's are serrated, excluding the BM 943

    It's totally serrated though :(

I also was given this today by my dad after talking knives with him. All it says is frost

I can't find any info on it. Not even the dreaded made in China engraving on the blade. Any idea:notsure:

Better shot of the handle that's not so dark

It's pretty sharp and my dad said he hasn't sharpened it since he acquired it. I have a gut feeling It's some cheapo knife you can get at a gas station. It feels nice and the handle kinda reminds me of a benchmade but it's got a lot of blade play

That's what I thought too but it's not the same frost logo. There's a Swedish company called frost but there all high end food industry knives

Luckily all you need to do is carry a cell phone, so leave knives and firestarters at home where they belong.
