Have noticed a large number of threads lately about waiting for the redesign or not. Taking a chance on first year gremlins. Or buying the last year second gen and getting what should be the best, most sorted out of the 2nd gens. Figured a poll might be helpful in gauging opinions on this topic.

If you feel this way either wait to answer the poll, or just click "don't have an opinion".

I have a 2015 on the way. I normally like to go with the last year of a run rather than the first couple years. All the different problems I've been reading about on these forums has me rethinking that approach. It really sounds like Toyota doesn't stand behind their products. That was the entire reason I am moving away from Ford...

I'm going to do a very thorough test drive looking for vibration issues before I sign any papers for sure.

what if you wait for 16 and there's no design change? then you're gonna have to decide whether you wanna get 16 model or wait for design change in 17. hmmmm

How about wait for 3rd gen specs to be announced, buy last 2nd gen on sale and trade it in later when they sort the new one out?
