    I didn't do the work. The house was built (completed) last November. New place with awesome options.
    Funny story about the floor. Firstly it's some sort of pine. I'm sure OZ could tell me the exact name, age, location and sex of the wood. The original choice was a completely different colour. The installers apparently couldn't get the floor specified and their supplier offered them this one at a discounted price. I believe the cost worked out to the same as the original for a fairly more expensive floor.
    Kinda weird to say but it's got a warm, soft fuzzy feeling.
    Love it.

    ......if your looking for something fast and easy out of the box. eRevo or 3.3 revo, the 3.3 has pretty close to the same HP as a 4 banger taco. :p
