Yea, lack of energy is a common one when people make the switch. After a week or so, you adjust.

I've been doing it for awhile, so it's pretty easy for me. Some people claim it's boring, b/c you tend to eat the same thing often. I'm fine with that though. Makes eating/cooking easy and less of a chore then it used to be.

Well considering he said he just finished cancer treatments a month ago I don't think anybody can criticize him for where he chooses to make gains lol

Shit, on keto I ate bacon and pork rinds all day and loved it! Whether I'm cutting or bulking, I eat the same meals everyday, so I know boring haha. My cheat days keep me sane though. I just find it much easier keeping up with macros eating the same stuff everyday. Plus, it's all food I enjoy anyway

went to LA fitness today... don't usually go there. noticed a dude strolling around like he was too fucking cool for school with his flat bill hat, wrist wraps and belt... and gallon of milk. about an hour later after i was done and cooling down i got a front row seat watching him blow chucks all over the mirror trying to deadlift 285# with a nice rounded back and bucking, pronating knees. it was epic

As of this morning, I'm finally back up to my pre-cutting weight of 200 @ around 13-14% bf. Gonna try to get to 215-220 by the end of January and cut down to around 200 then. I've never weighed that much, so I'm excited to see what my grocery bill looks like

Also, some of you may know that this is Mr. Olympia weekend. Does anyone keep up with it? I wonder if Phil Heath will get his 4th win in a row...I wanna see Kai Greene's weird ass win one lol. Dude is a beast. Bobdybuilding.com has him coming in 1st and Phil in 2nd. Also, I can't believe Dexter Jackson's old ass is competing.

My favorite is the Physique competition b/c that's more in-line with my goals...plus, you don't have to awkwardly stare at dudes in weenie bikinis. I wanna see my boy Steve Cook win it; dude is a beast! I've been following his advice for years, but he's only projected to win 4th.

True dat. Also, his creepy grapefruit past might hold him back, too. I'd love to see him win though.

I've been to the Olympia a few times, it was fun to be there, not sure I would go back.

Have you watched the movie Generation Iron?
