I've been trying to go to badlands for about 6 months now with no luck, one of these days I'll make it and hope to see you guys out on the trail. What are some good trails to hit at badlands?

The quarry... Lol. There is only 3 trails... Red trail which is kinda difficult - takes about 5 minutes to do. And then there is orange trail which is pretty good, but really easy. And then there is green trail which you can do in your camry if you drive fast enough over the humps! The badlands is so boring compared to the real trails in the south.

That's about the way I could go pretty much. Is there anything half way between us?

I was just thinking if there was somewhere in between us it could work. I like new/fresh places as well, but can only think of would be Haspin and I haven't heard good things. At least we know what we can expect at the Badlands.

Can't say if nomods has, but I haven't. Hoping to expand my horizons and hit Rausch next year sometime. Was really trying to make a valiant effort at a Big Dogs appearance, but gas cost aren't in the budget right now. :(

    Advance planning...I like it!

My off road club has an annual run there and I have met up with Homer and some of the other PA area members. It is a good time. If I had to guess it would probably be July 24-16 2015.

Yeah I loved my 35" MTR's and really would have ran whatever I could get a deal on in the 40" flavor. I guess I got lucky :D

I would stay away from the new MTR's though. Too many people who actually wheel like I do, are having major issues with durability in the rocks. Kevlar-schmevlar lol :p

Expand your horizon of wheeling? psh... Maybe if you'd stop buying new shocks that are destroyed you could afford to go wheeling... [IMG]
