    the accountant in me would say get buddy buddy with a few other guys in the GB and "hedge" your odds. I mean say you and 3 other agree if one wins he pays the other 2 guys $200( or whatever amount) each. That means he gets a bumper for $400 and you get an even bigger discount on your bumper. This significantly increases your chance of winning $200 or a really cheap bumper.
