    Also look at the Taurus judge or whatever the new taurus is thats chambered for .410 shells and the .454. Marginally smaller than the last cannon :D

    I'm assuming this is out of the question then? :rolleyes:

    both Ruger's mentioned are great guns for the price. My best advice would be go shoot a bunch at a range and see what feels good. I have smaller hands so don't mind the LCP but if you have large hands you will hate it. Personal defense when not out and about falls to my SIG P220 in .45...So I wouldn't use the LCP unless I had to
