    I think the reason it's so hard on most people is they aren't ready to quit or deep down they don't want to idk. I've quit before and in two weeks right back. Most the time it's more like 2 days. This is the longest I've went that I can remember. So I'm confident this is for good. I was ready and wanted to quit. So it was easier this time

    Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
    duathlon was fun.
    The knobby tires on my mountain bike were like WRWRWRWRWRWRWRWRWRW for the 13 miles riding.

    I was obviously the only runner and everyone else was a biker.
    Passed a lot of people during the 1st 2 mile run. Most of them passed me on their skinny little road bikes. Then I caught a few back on the last 2 miles running.

    Now, off to party with Gideon under the blacklights.

    I won a $2,500 dollar gift card to Tanger outlet today. I wish they had gun stores and off road supplies. Only thing is a direct tools and a Bose store that interest me. My wife is happy though.
