That is small frame.. I'm like 160 now 5'8. I was 135 and 5'8 in highschool during my cross country days. I took creatine for while and got alot stronger. you have to deal with the water weight that comes along with the muscle though (water weight goes away after you stop taking the creatine)

I'm to get back to working out again...since I got a truck I don't have to ride my bike to school, so my easy work out plan doesn't exist anymore. I'm not so worried about gaining weight, just want to keep my heart healthy.

hehe, with all the talk about lightweights...I'm about 145 lbs and 6'2"...when I graduated HS I was the same height but about 125-130 lbs  ...it's been 7 years since then

If I do nothing I weigh 165lbs. If I work out I weigh 165lbs. It's kinda annoying. Only thing that happens is nature comes in with a pencil and starts shading in definition on me.

Although I think with all the climbing I'm doing I'm starting to get a little bigger. 6'1" though, it's hard to put on any noticeable muscle.

Ran 4 miles today in 32:15 and felt terrible. I don't know what I was thinking going running in the middle of the day. It's 95 today.

Good for you man. Motivation is key, and it seems to be hard to find sometimes. Keep your eye on the prize. I need to think about starting to work out or something too...But first I need to stop drinking so much beer.

    Good luck with your goal!

Me too! Well I've got some pretty good motivation. Just found out I'm diabetic so that blows. The good thing is that my wife is due in 3 weeks, so diabetes + newborn = skinny strangebrew in a few months hopefully.

I've been doing 30 minutes of vacuuming daily to get rid of some fleas in our house. I hope that counts as exercise.

They list housework on one of the activities that counts as exercise :D I think the main thing is you are up and moving.

If you have fleas in your house, get some 20 mule team borax. Sprinkle that out and let it sit for a couple of hours - day. Might have to repeat a few times, but it works for me.

I have been going to the gym 4 times a week for a long time now, but recently two guys took me under their wings and have been showing me things. All I can say is I cant wait to be huge. The guys that are showing me what to do are massive, and I mean massive. I am getting free advice that would normally cost me lots of money with a trainer.

I just thought that I would post about it, dont really expect anyone to care tho.
Maybe I will post pics of before I started and after and see if there is a diff.
